This may be different for those of you who are real foodies, but I know for myself and a lot of writers/visual people, sometimes cooking and food ends up at the bottom of my to do list. But we should try and make it a priority, because what we put in our bodies, and how we pay attention to it, can be freeing creatively, and of course can be a great mood lifter. So this week I challenge you to create a masterful breakfast, lunch or supper!
It doesn’t have to be fancy or expensive, but do make something you don’t normally eat. If you’re a brew master or wine maker, feel free to start a new batch this week (and send me some when it’s done!). Take some lovely photos, write down your recipe (with whatever liberties you took!), and send ’em my way.
