someone please buy me this Spikalicious ring. Pretty please?
Sometimes my obsessions are so big they require an exclamation point. Okay that's a lot of the time. But there has been a lot of dino talk lately and I'm throwing myself into the fray. I wanted to be a scientist all through my childhood, and my first love at the tender age of six, was paleontology.
Here are my favorite Dino goods from Etsy.
Because nothing says thank you like an extinct reptile. By the frantic meerkat.
Who doesn't want a Tyrannosarus Rex to carry around with them? I know at least Happy Family and I do. You could use his ferociousness to stand up to jerks on the train and remember his tiny, weeny, arms when you need confidence about your upper body strength.
I love earrings, especially quirky, weird ones. Fighting Deamr Designs does too, and they use the correct names for each of the dinosaur earrings they make, like these Camarasaur ones.
Let's face it, shots are all kinds of nasty. But maybe these shot glasses might make the sting less sting-y. From HeyItsRedd.
When the hatvolution comes, I will be wearing this. A big thank you to AllegedHuman that this hat exists in the world.
I know, Pterodactyls aren't actually dinosaurs, but that doesn't mean they aren't awesome. Put a spin on the skull trend with this beaut from neawear. Originally posted by the wonderful Birdie.
I'm pretty sure dinosaur eggs were much more boring than this bracelet by Laney's Beads, but I like these better.
Last year for Halloween I planned to make a hood like this so I could be Bub from Bubble Bobble. Well aprikot clothing has done a better job than I could, so looks like that's my plan for this year.
The best thing about this shirt by Teedious is that it comes in sizes from onesies to adult XL. So no matter what age you are, you can always hope to grow up to be a dinosaur.
Dino soap! That's really all I've got. By dugshop.
Hair accessories always remind me of grade school, in a good way. These ones by very vintage, however, are much cooler than I ever was as an eight year old.
When it's time to journal, do you wish you could get a little dino-inspiration? Now, thanks to Ole Rattlesnake, you can!
Leopard print Apatasaurus? Yes please. By destroyed by design whom I found through the again awesome Birdie.
In college I wrote a children's book for class called, "If a Dinosaur lived in your backyard." Too bad I didn't have The Quin Ones around to illustrate it.
I love how the bronzed surface of this necklace really sets an entire scene in my mind. From the visions of YabYummi.
When I was scanning Etsy pages for this article, it actually took me a minute to see what this shirt was. I like that, Poison Apple Shirts.
This laptop bag by Lollington
would be especially appropriate if your computer is really old. It's like a dinosaur, get it? Oh I crack myself up.
I love skirts, skeletons, and dinosaurs. This piece by SaintChicago is a trifecta of love.
What kind of dino are you?
ps. Vixel I know I owe you a strawberry Etsy post! I'm getting to it 🙂
